Hawfinch Roost Walk

Service Description

Meeting point: Central New Forest (details will be confirmed upon booking). Duration: 2 hours (4 km) Group size: max of 6 This short walk will take us to a communal Finch roost in the centre of the New Forest and will give the opportunity to see Hawfinch (and other finch species) leaving the roost. We will also discuss ongoing fieldwork with this iconic species in the New Forest. Full joining details will be sent 48 hours before the walk.
